The staff and owners was so kind and friendly I just loved them.Such a good mood they give. The hotel very clean,near to the city center ,the breakfast very rich and good. I will return happy whenever I go there for holidays. Thank you for the nice time.

If you want to be treated like a family, book this hotel. Let me start with our first day. We arrived at Alacati around 9AM (5 hours before check-in time) and I had already asked the hotel manager wether I could put my luggages at hotel before check-in time or not. Not only she helped us with that but she also gave us the hotel room 5 hours before check-in time which was very nice! Imagine after that long journey, I could sleep. She also helped us with money exchange with a much better rate than exchanges. I have never felt out of my home in that trip and I will definitely book this hotel for my next trip to Alacati! The breakfast was delicious and more than enough, the staffs were kind, the location of the hotel is close to the center (few steps to the heart of the town) and Alacati terminali (around 8 minutes walk) and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent! Very close to the center. The hotel is cosy and very nice and delicious breakfast. The owner Nurşen was extremely friendly and hospitable always helpful and at several occasions offered us complementary tea and sweets. We loved our stay!

We liked the location, walking distance to everything town has to offer, shops and restaurants. close to Havas terminal. The website photos are a true reflection of hotel. Excellent breakfast, variety and more than enough. Excellent hosts, they were always very willing to assist and try to assist even with language barrier, much appreciated.
